Return and Refund Policy

At Exprs, we take pride in offering curated products from small and mid-sized businesses across India. We strive to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when initiating a return or requesting a refund.
- Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
- Personal use items such as masks, toiletries, or custom-made/handcrafted items unless they arrive damaged.
- Minor color or texture variations due to screen resolution or handcrafted nature.
- Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return:
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must email us at sales@exprs.in with your order ID, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup wherever available.
- Return Pickup and Shipping
- For eligible returns, Exprs will arrange for reverse pickup through our logistics partners.
- In certain pin codes, you may be required to ship the product back at your own cost. Reimbursement for such shipping is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
- Returned products must be securely packed to avoid further damage.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued as:
- Original payment reversal (if feasible), or
- Store credit for future purchases.
- Please allow 7-10 business days from product receipt for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.
- Return is initiated after the allowed timeline.
- Exchange Policy
- We currently do not support direct exchanges.
- You may place a new order once your return has been processed and a refund/store credit is issued.
- Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- To cancel, contact us at sales@exprs.in with your order ID.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process (if eligible).
